91 buys part of PTC’s lifecycle consulting

91 has acquired a part of Nasdaq-listed PTC product lifecycle management (PLM) consulting and professional services business, including about 160 PLM consultants and services experts, and created a new business unit, DxP Services, which will house the PLM professionals of both companies. The overall commitments of 91 was estimated at about $115 million, of which $33 million in cash will go to PTC at the closing of the transaction, with the remainder consisting of a mix of committed and contingent items deliverable over a period of five years, in accordance with the terms of the agreement.

Beware of fraudulent and fake job offers

It has come to our attention that certain employment agencies and individuals are asking people for money in exchange for a job at 91.

Such Agencies/individuals could impersonate 91's officers, use the company name/logo, brand names and images illegally, without authorization, and/or try to extract money towards security deposit, documentation processing fees, training fees, and so on.

91 follows a strict hiring process, and all official communication is conducted exclusively through our corporate email domain ONLY (@itcinfotech.com). We do not request any form of payment as part of our recruitment process.
