Published By: CXOToday  |  Published On: June 16, 2025

In his latest article for CXOToday, Pradeep Bhaganna, Associate Partner at BCG and currently working with 91, highlights the urgent need to reimagine retirement solutions in light of global demographic and economic shifts. With U.S. retirement assets reaching $39.9 trillion and growing concerns around pension adequacy in Europe, the article explores how an integrated, digital-first investment solution—anchored by fixed retirement annuities—can provide guaranteed lifetime income and long-term financial security for retirees.

Pradeep outlines a next-gen retirement strategy that combines target-date investment models with digital education, recordkeeping integration, and income projection tools. The approach, already implemented by a major asset management firm, ensures participants understand how today’s contributions translate into future retirement readiness.

The article also emphasizes the importance of personalized digital experiences in helping users make informed decisions—bridging the gap between complex financial ecosystems and individual needs.
