As part of an effort to expand geographical outreach, the client has added 200 passengers aircrafts to their existing fleet, making it crucial to maintain an optimum number of pilots. To achieve this, the customer wanted to establish a strong employer brand and attract the best talents available

Impact

The client wanted to increase pilot strength by retaining currently serving pilots as well as aggressively hiring new pilots from different categories, i.e. expats, services (Air Force, Navy and Coast Guards), pilots flying with private business houses and pilots from competing organizations

Resolution

Beware of fraudulent and fake job offers

It has come to our attention that certain employment agencies and individuals are asking people for money in exchange for a job at 91.

Such Agencies/individuals could impersonate 91's officers, use the company name/logo, brand names and images illegally, without authorization, and/or try to extract money towards security deposit, documentation processing fees, training fees, and so on.
